Collared Kingfisher or Mangrove Kingfisher

It features a striking greenish-blue or turquoise crown and upperparts, contrasting with clean white underparts and a distinctive white collar wrapped around its neck.It has a prominent black mask or eye- stripe extending across the side of its head and a small white spot situated right above the bill. Widely distributed from the Red Sea and northeastern Africa, stretching across southern Asia, all the way to Australasia and Micronesia.
